這次是款 Demi-Sec 甜度的香檳, Demi-Sec 又可稱做 Rich, 如果從 Rich 的字面來看, 便更容易一點了解甜份的程度, 依照 Eden Wine 的解說, “Demi-Sec or Rich (每公升含糖份35~50公克)”, 在香檳的甜度等級中僅比 Doux 稍微低一點.

A soft, sweet, dessert-style Champagne, with easy flavors of pear, vanilla and almond that linger on the finish.

Personal Comment:
Sight: Bright golden Amber color with slightly smaller bubble than it rose.
Nose: Fruity, and licorice aroma.
Taste: Rich, off-dry or close to sweet, and proper acidity.

金黃琥珀色的酒液中蘊含著偏細的氣泡, 伴隨著甘油的香味, 入口後感到豐腴梢酸而無澀度, 並帶著微甜且香味濃郁, 配上當晚的火腿, 使的整個口感更加不錯, 到是不知誰沾了誰的光就是了!!
