首先介紹的粉紅香檳是 Moet & Chandon 酒款 Brut Imperial Rose NV, 在眾多的場合可以看到 Brut 和 Champagne的字眼出現, 但直到這次才真正體驗出為何稱為 Brut, 從定義中 Brut 在香檳的等級中代表著每公升的液體有著0到15公克含糖量, 僅有 Extra Brut 比 Brut 更為不甜, 其他的像是 Extra Dry 或是 Dry 都比 Brut 甜.

"Brut Rosé is a seductive wine : the assemblage, which is formed around Pinot Noir, is both spontaneous and balanced, emphasising fruity liveliness. It is zestful, with great suppleness. The assemblage with red wine also gives it feminine, coppery shades…

Aroma : lively, expressive, dominated by the scent of wild strawberries.

Personal Comment:
Sight: Salmon’s style of reddish. Bubble displays between size of small to medium.
Nose: Fruity. Grapefruit white aromas with light alcohol smell.
Taste: Nice acidity which can be categorized between dry and off-dry. Lingering lasts around 10 seconds. A nice wine of aperitif.
此款粉紅香檳呈現鮭魚魚肉色澤般的紅棕色, 將整個品酒會的氣氛迅速地活絡起來, 在氣泡上, 泡泡們表現的體型略為適中偏纖細, 將杯子置於桌上, 欣賞著泡泡們在粉紅的酒液中綿綿不絕地往上流竄著, 難怪上次在 Costco 聽到一位太太說:”想要將 White Zinfandel 裝入小噴水池裡觀賞.” 絕對賞心悅目. 淡淡的葡萄柚味細細地飄出杯身之外, 並帶著微量的酒精味, 是那種清新的飄香喚醒大家的熱情, 在口中咬到那充足澀度, 更使得這款香檳回味無窮, 餘韻則持續約10秒鍾. 價格不斐, 但蠻適合用來打開 Ice age of a party.

WOW, rose, one of my favourite. Well, something in your background story might be misleading. Brut in French means "not sweet" which is also similar to "dry" in English. I thought the sweetness is extra brut < brut< extra dry < dry < demi-sec
hehehe...
could you try to help me check that again...
which phrase do you think I write unproperly??

Well, as to my knowledge, brut should simply mean dry which means not sweet. And before checking the official website of champagne, I didn't know the existence of "extra dry" classification. Therefore, I felt confused when reading your sentence "...Dry 都比 Brut 甜." Perhaps some others can help to clarify this mess. ^_^
