Columbia Crest酒廠的酒款共分成三個等級，從基本的 “Two Vines”、 “Grand Estates” 到最頂級的 “ Single Vineyard ” 單一葡萄園。 其中“ Two Vines” 不僅價格合理，品質更深受全球酒評家肯定。“Grand Estates” 則是由華盛頓州 Columbia Valley 最佳葡萄園生產的葡萄釀造， 完美地呈現出一般入門酒所欠缺的獨特豐厚果味以及複雜度， 令人不忍釋杯。此系列最著名的是 Cabernet Sauvignon 與 Chardonnay。

在 Columbia Crest 的主網頁的描述, 似乎 Single Vineyward 已不在使用, 取而代之的是 Reserve 的名稱, 而 Columbia Crest 對我來說常常會跟 Columbiawinery 搞混, 其實他們並不屬於同一個集團底下的酒廠.

Official Comment:
“Cherry, strawberry and cocoa aromas introduce a complex palate of caramel, chocolate and ripe fruit. This wine is plush and seductive in the mouth, and the fruit and oak are perfectly harmonious throughout the lingering finish.”

WS Comment:
“Bright and open-textured, with minty blackberry and currant flavors, shaded with hints of pepper and spice as the flavors echo gently on the refined finish. Drink now through 2005”

Personal Comment:
Sight: Darked red.
Bose: Smoky, oaky, caramel, and fruity aromas. In 10 minutes the caramel and oaky aromas swap to appear consistently.
Taste: Little bit of sweet and little tannin. Off-dry overall. Lingering with fresh feeling.
此款是剛學飲用葡萄酒時喝的, 所以沒有任何的中文解說. 倒是回頭看一看, 還真是喝了不少 Columbia Crest 的酒款, 2001年的還差 Chardonnay 没喝到. 2001的 Chardonnay 好像已經不容易在各大市場裡找到, 總之會想辦法買到.
