Background Story:
(Cited it from http://www.yellowtailwineusa.com/about/)
what's with the name?
We get lots of questions about the name of our wine. And while sushi is a pretty good guess, the true namesake is the yellow-footed rock wallaby, a small, colorful breed of kangaroo that's known to roam the Casella vineyards.

Official Comment:
"Impressive spice, licorice and red berry aromas. This wine is perfectly balanced with silky tannins, accompanied by big, ripe fruit flavors." –Winemaker

Personal Comment:
Sight: A shining bloody red.
Nose: Swirl it lightly then berry with a lot of licorice aromas come out.
Taste: Spicy from the frist taste. Sweet ripe flavors with light tannins. Off-dry wine. It turns totally sweet after a while. It has a medium body, and it is considered as juice rather than a red wine. Easy to drink for a rookie like me.
