透過在澳洲品酒筆記裡, Alex 的強力推薦, 再加上其他 wine lovers 給予不錯的評價, 所以便在酒單裡加訂了這一款 Peter Lehmann 的紅酒, 在今年的農曆過年時, 小心翼翼地開瓶來喝, 口感果真不錯, 除此之外, Peter Lehmann wineries 的酒標呈現了僕克牌與紅酒結合的古典風格, 在品嘗的過程中, 便不斷地把玩瓶身, 有種令人沉醉在古色古香的中古世紀裡, 不知有多少人玩過世紀帝國, 那一邊品嘗紅酒一邊 conquer 的豪情壯志, 只能用說是:”一言難以道盡”.

Official Comment:
A softly textured, medium-bodied wine showing a harmonious balance of fruit and beautifully integrated oak, and finishing firm. It is a particularly attractive wine and very accessible in its youth.

Colour: Black cherry
Bouquet: Dominant Shiraz chocolate and ripe plums on the nose, with an underlying hint of fresh minty leafiness from the Cabernet and Merlot.
Palate: A softly textured, medium-bodied wine showing a harmonious balance of fruit and beautifully integrated oak, and finishing firm. It is a particularly attractive wine and very accessible in its youth and certainly a wine which can be enjoyed now.

ST Comment:
"Medium red. Redcurrant, dark cherry, spice cake, cinnamon and mint aromas on the distinctly cool, restrained nose. A silky midweight with crisp, focused red berry flavors accented by Asian spices and dried herbs. Quite poised, even elegant on the finish, where some well-judged oak spice slowly appears."

Personal Comment:
Sight: Ruby red with tight legs dripping slowly.
Nose: Licorice, caramel, minty, and chocolate aromas.
Taste: Smooth, silky, and litchi flavors. Medium to heavy dry. Crisp at the end with nice lingering. I think this red blend is worth to buy more and store for the celebration.
血色般地紅, 帶著狹長窄細的酒淚, 撲鼻而來的是強勁有力的甘油, 焦糖, 薄荷以及巧克力糖的芳香, 而在口中咀嚼則產生了柔順有如絲質般的細膩口感, 並隱約地散發出荔枝的風味, 這瓶酒對我而言是屬於偏重度的酒體, 不僅餘韻甚長, 那適度的單寧促使飲用過後的我, 感到甘爽清晰, 是一款值得多買的紅酒.
